Please join us for pupus, beverages, and conversation at this intimate get together.  Friends of Haʻikū Stairs will share information about the fight to save the Stairway to Heaven from senseless destruction and plans to implement a managed access regime to operate the Stairs responsibly.  A short presentation will recount the amazing backstory of the Stairs, their controversial present, and hopeful future.  The talk will also touch on broader issues regarding access to nature in Hawai'i.
