Ossipoff Cabin, Palehua Rd, Kapolei, HI, USA

About the event

Donate for a unique opportunity to visit the privately owned Ossipoff Cabin in Pālehua, an architectural and historic wonder built by Vladimir Ossipoff. This cabin is not normally open to the public and very few have the chance to take in the awe-inspiring views of the Wai‘anae Mountains, lush forests, and the artistry of the cabin itself.

This exclusive cabin experience will feature a guided tour of the cabin and surrounding forest, led by Gary Gill. Gary will provide a history of the Ossipoff Cabin and the efforts to restore it to its original glory. He will also describe the cultural history and conservation resources of the Southern Waianae Mountains, including past and current efforts at native plant reforestation. Guests will also enjoy a decadent wine & pupu spread as they watch the sunset over the coast and experience a once-in-a-lifetime view.
