Managed access. I wasn’t a big fan of the idea until I read the actual plan Friends of Haiku Stairs developed and it is pretty good. I have been up and down and I agree. Haiku Stairs needs a candidate survey of all the city council and leg races.
I have sent out emails for them. I'm a huge supporter and will continue to do so if I win.
